To improve cybersecurity awareness at enterprise scale, we transformed traditional compliance training into an engaging interactive experience using proven game design principles. Built in Unity and informed by decades of game development expertise, the project reimagined how employees learn and retain critical security practices.

Developed for internal deployment at Microsoft, the platform replaced conventional click-through training with gameplay, storytelling, and meaningful interaction that increased participation and knowledge retention. By applying the engagement techniques found in successful games, we made complex security concepts more accessible, memorable, and effective.

The result was Microsoft's highest-performing cybersecurity awareness tool, achieving greater engagement and effectiveness than any previous training solution, according to internal metrics.
