LEGO

Selected by a leading global toy company to help create its first massively multiplayer online experience, we were tasked with more than building a game—we helped define what digital play could become for the brand. Our role encompassed both Art Direction and Production, establishing the creative and technical foundation for a new generation of interactive experiences.

We developed the visual language that translated the brand from physical products to a living digital world, defining everything from color palettes, materials, lighting, and animation principles to the behavior and personality of virtual objects. Working at the intersection of design, technology, and play, we explored how collectible toys could evolve into dynamic digital characters and experiences while remaining authentic to the brand's identity.

Our team prototyped social interactions, live events, and gameplay systems that captured the tactile joy of physical play and reimagined it for an online audience. Every detail—from character expressions and collectible interactions to environmental storytelling and animation cues—was carefully crafted to create a cohesive and recognizable digital ecosystem.

On the production side, we established scalable art pipelines and workflows that balanced visual quality, technical performance, and rapid iteration across multiple platforms, enabling the project to evolve efficiently throughout development.

The result was a groundbreaking MMO that felt unmistakably true to the brand: playful, social, expressive, and designed for long-term growth. More than a game, it became a blueprint for transforming a beloved toy line into a thriving virtual world.
